The Original Pelvic Castor Oil Pack is a soft, nourishing hug for your sacred pelvic area and reproductive organs. The gentle compression of the pack combined with inflammation-balancing Castor Oil may help relax the nervous system, supporting:

Your Pelvic Castor Oil Pack is a simple 2 step process:

Step 1: Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of your Pelvic Castor Oil Pack.

Step 2: Place the pack over your pelvic area and tie it in place.

That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day or overnight.

For hygiene, apply fresh Castor Oil each time and replace your pack every 2 months!
