Your Pelvic Castor Oil Pack is a simple 2 step process when paired with Organic Castor Oil (sold separately):
Step 1: Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) onto the soft cotton side of your Pelvic Castor Oil Pack.
Step 2:Place the pack over your pelvic area and tie it in place.
That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day or overnight.
Always combine with 100% pure, certified organic, extra virgin hexane-free Castor Oil in a glass bottle (sold separately).
*Note that your pack will become messy over time and it’s unknown whether or not toxins are absorbed into the pack so it’s important to replace it after 2 months if you’re using it daily.
For best practice, don’t use the same pack over different areas of the body. Do not rotate using your Pelvic Castor Oil Pack Kit over your liver (or vice versa).
It is unknown whether or not toxins from the liver may be passed into the pack, and the ovaries are very sensitive to hormone-disrupting chemicals. So it may not be best to transfer your liver pack to your pelvic area.
